Living with XXY is changing how the world learns about Klinefelter syndrome/47 XXY by focusing on community, awareness, and positive traits.

Provide a safe space for community connections and support for those with XXY and their families. Work to reduce the termination rate for in-utero diagnoses by offering hope through lived experiences. Collaborate with professionals to update information by speaking to medical and educational communities. Encourage acceptance in all ages, providing accessible resources and helping men navigate infertility.

2019

Founded by Ryan Bregante, Living with XXY officially became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in November, 2019.

Living with XXY is dedicated to providing the most current and accurate information for parents and individuals alike. This information has helped saved lives and is forever changing the face of XXY:

Removal of harmful and outdated images, replaced with new, accurate and inclusive representation of XXY.

Created a community for newly diagnosed mothers with babies in utero by providing them with real-time connection to parents who have experienced similar situations/challenges.

Creating new visual guides for navigating the different stages of XXY and translating resources into multiple languages Connecting a global community with one another.
